Jane is our fully certificated Reflexologist, we asked her to explain some of the benefits that Reflexology has to offer. Lynda Smith (BA RNMH) is an advanced aesthetic nurse consultant working in partnership with Riah Body and Soul.

Lynda offers non-surgical cosmetic treatments, including facial enhancements, wrinkle softening, excessive sweating and migraine relief. Medical grade procedures for acne scarring and hyper-pigmentation are available, as is semi-permanent make-up, and leg thread vein removal.

All consultations are free, confidential, and individually tailored to meet client�s needs.
